FAIR QUESTIONS
That is the service we are building: one point of contact for everyday support, infrastructure, IT purchasing and vendor coordination. We first agree which people and systems are covered, who owns each responsibility, and when specialist or on-site help is needed.
No. A dedicated employee may be the better fit when you need continuous on-site presence, deep internal context or enough work to fill a role. Outsourcing can offer access to a broader range of skills for an agreed scope. Compare total costs and coverage; a combination of the two may make sense.
The proposal should name the users, devices, systems, support hours and routine tasks included. Hardware, software licences, cloud and model usage, large projects and out-of-hours work may cost extra. We make those boundaries explicit before work begins.
We can plan the transition with you: review your existing agreement, inventory systems, confirm administrator access, request documentation and coordinate the handover. Timing depends on access, your current provider and any contract commitments.
These requirements are discussed during the assessment and written into the proposal where available. We do not assume that on-site attendance, round-the-clock support or particular response times are included in a standard monthly scope.
Yes, this is one of our service areas. It can include a model gateway, permissions, monitoring, usage reporting and cost controls. We can assess caching and volume pricing where the provider and workload support them, without assuming that a particular saving is available.
